My realtor referred me to David and his company, Quality air and heating, Inc. I set up an appointment for Monday morning but by saturday morning I found I needed to call to see if he was available because it was cold outside and very uncomfortable in the house.

My heating system had coded to shutdown for some reason. David came on Saturday evening and worked with me to explain my system. He discovered that a bird's nest has obstructed the exterior pipe. Unfortunately, the problem was more involved than initially observed, making it necessary for me to inform Dave on Sunday, that we had not solved the problem. He returned first thing Monday morning to do more extensive cleaning out of the exterior pipe.

On both occasions, David was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not charge me for the return visit. He worked until the problem was solved. I really appreciated David's professional attitude and will recommend him to friends and family.
