I needed to replace my hot water heater and replace a faulty part on my furnace. I tried a lot of HVAC companies before I found one that would work with our old high-velocity a/c. Quality consulted with manufacturer to make sure the load was balanced and runs should work (high-velocity can be finicky) and we are very happy with the result. Also diagnosed a warranty issue with a new furnace installed by another HVAC company and told us to get them to do the service without charging us. Then later found that the original company had installed the flue incorrectly, confirmed the issue with the manufacturer, and fixed the problem. I have looked for a long time for a reliable HVAC company and been disappointed by everyone before I found Quality Air.

This was one of few excellent contractor experiences I've had. David was professional and responsive and his crew did awesome work. And, cleaned up after themselves. I can't speak highly enough of them. We are using them again for additional projects.

He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue in a way that I could understand while still using technical language. I really appreciated him taking the extra time to be sure I understood the root cause so that I could make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace my unit. I will definitely be contracting this company for a future installation. Thoroughly impressed!
